About Ryan Van Antwerp

Ryan Van Antwerp teaches Reverse Engineering and Penetration Testing for UD’s ECE department. He graduated from UD in 2013 with a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering focusing on research to analyze, reverse engineer, and identify modern malware among benign software. He currently works for Comcast Cable as part of the Customer Protection department where he focuses on architecting strategic initiatives to protect more than 22 million residential Internet subscribers. His current research efforts involve large scale identification and remediation of botnet-infected Internet users.
